Unable to Access Email at Home? Set up Multifactor Authentication

Setup Multifactor Authentication for Microsoft Office 365 with the following steps to enable off-site email access.

  1. Go to https://365enroll.lacounty.govfrom work,
    Or go to from off campus.
  2. Enter county email address (, and
    Enter county email password
  3. Complete the form, including specifying 3 security Q&A’s
  4. Click the “Accept” button to complete
  5. Click the link to go back to Office 365.  You will need to log in again if you want to access email.
  6. From a remote computer, the old email link will take you to the log-in page.  After entering your password, you will be asked your security answer.
