You can access the DHS Extranet remotely in order to do work in ORCHID, look up radiographs in Synapse, and more. Remote access requires authorization through the DHS Enterprise IT Help Desk and will be available to providers through your Hosted account.  Make sure you have already setup Multifactor Authentication before setting up your remote access.  For issues with authentication, call the DHS Enterprise IT Help Desk at 323-409-8000.
