Inpatient Float
The Inpatient Float is a new rotation for residents to assist inpatient teams with clinical care, primarily in the ICU. The goal is provide team-based care, including organization, prioritization and delegation of tasks in addition to providing effective team leadership, supervision and feedback to improve the clinical competency of other team members.
