AM Report: Guillain-Barre

Learning Points:
— Classic presentation includes progressive, symmetric muscle weakness with diminished or absent DTR’s
— Can be accompanied by numbness, paresthesias, weakness and pain in the limbs
— Associated with albuminocytologic dissociation
